Getting the custom tune is like being born in Tahiti with a trust fund, the tuners just aren't out there yet. There's just a handful domestically that one could really trust going over 11-12 psi and their booked.
Look at Delicious they got a solid tune on the hot air innovate (very tough job) and they announced that FI FA20 tuning is a side project weekends only.
We have a long ways to go before average joe can go high boost because a local tuner versed in this technology aren't around.
