During my recent change from Allstate to Progressive I asked if RWD would carry a premium over FWD, the response was NO, so that's a good start.

ran quotes for a new miata and a new genesis coupe and my insurance from a 2008 mazdaspeed 3 barely went up ~100 for 6 months. also ran a 2009 s2000 and it was around the same as those. i think the gencoupe would probably be the closest match insurance wise.
