They're pretty awful in general as far as that entire dealership goes, yet to have or hear of someone having a good experience there. Doesn't surprise me one bit about the markup, the non-refundable deposit was a bit of a surprise however.
Unfortunately, it's as Dadhawk says. It's whatever they advertise. Now if someone ends up going there and getting the same deal sans a markup / non-refundable deposit....can be sure I'd be pissed. Granted, given that no dealership has a posted price anywhere.....it's free reign to screw us as they please it seems.
