I'm no expert but if you read the details on
Pure Pricing, it means a single dealer must charge everyone the same price. They also must be consistent with the pricing on the Dealer's website (not Scion corporate's) any in-dealer boards, or the price posted on the car.
There is nothing that says the dealer can't charge more than MSRP, less than MSRP or even change the price day to day, as long as they change it the same way in every published dealer location and charge everyone the published price.
