How are they adding markup? It's a Scion with pure pricing.
The only markup thing they can TRY to do is add aftermarket/dealer install rims, spoiler, leather etc and mark those accessories up.
Nonrefundable? that's crazy. The person you talked to either was super new or a sleezeball.
