Well there are rules and regs as to how each task is performed. And we have step by step guides for every single job there is that can be done on the aircraft. And there are boundaries so each job. These include but are not limited to cautions, warnings, conditions, inputs, safety requirements, and locally commanded directions.
So you can imagine that towing an airplane on a road, over dirt, and up over curbs, with wintips barely clearing traffic signals; violated a lot of instruction!
