For what its worth, here are my findings:
1. As @
arghx7 said, fuel quality hasn't helped, nor has butchering timing for the low rpm/high load condition for FBKC. I can reproduce it every time but that is driving like an idiot in 4th gear loading up from~1500-3000rpm, so driving normally or at the track won't happen.
2. As @
Fizz mentioned, ambient temperature is definitely a factor. Now that temperature has dropped to mid 20s instead of 35-40 degrees celsius, it doesn't happen as often or severe. I've even added all the timing back and it is way better now than butchered timing during hot conditions.
3. With suggestions from @
steve99, switching from 98 to 100 has definitely helped with FLKC, only -.35 in a couple of cells and IAM stays solid at 1.
