I wonder if it has something to do with it being an AT. The thing is, the transmission has the torque converter unlocked (I would assume, I am not sure how the lock up works on the twins, but my Jeep's 4-speed does unlocked third to locked 3rd to unlocked 4th to locked 4th so you get 6 "gears"). I think that might be what is messing with the results since you now have a lower overall gear ratio.
