Yes, but that could happen regardless of trim level or special edition. Cars in this price range that are a year older get discounted no matter what. Look at the 10 series. It's never coming out again. But it's getting discounted.

Let me put it this way. Do you think the price for the monogram as a trim level next year will be noticeably lower than the price this year? (assuming the base trim goes for the same price next year) Of course not.

Their "pure pricing" (Which is what I'm guessing you're referring to) doesn't mean no negotiating. From what I understand, it means that the dealer sets a sticker price, and they aren't allowed to sell for more
