I just picked my car up yesterday after having the Vortech kit installed with a
custom tune. Popped the code P0451 as well, first start up. Again, like you, clearing it with it coming back every 3rd or 4th startup.
Also, whenever I start my car, there is hesitation to start. It does turn over, but there is one slight hesitation before it does. Could this be related to the code?
