I unfortunately will back this up...
although my car was not in for service, I went there to buy a car.
It was BY FAR the most HORRENDOUS experience I've had at a dealership. I get being pushy and wanting to make a sale, but they went above and beyond to be complete a-holes, and when I made it clear that I was no longer interested in purchasing a car from them(even though I wanted the car baddd haha) they became aggressive, demeaning and told me I wouldnt have been able to get a vehicle from them anyway.
I made sure I stopped by to re-assure them I was no longer interested in purchasing a car from them, two days later after I bought a car elsewhere. I told them that "my trade in was no longer available".
And just an FYI, the acura dealer next door is either in collaboration, or owned by the same people. Or at least it was a few years ago.
