How many people with the header/OP leak are using the OE overpipe? I have the OE overpipe and I really think that's the problem. I looked at the imprints that the flanges left on the gasket and there is maybe 1-2 mm of overlap between the 3" header outlet flange and the 2.125" factory overpipe inlet flange. OE overpipe is too small to create a good seal.
Having an aftermarket 2.5" overpipe would make it a non-issue, except they cost an arm and a leg.
