Nope. He had the same excuse of me "rolling back." It wasn't even on a hill so that is the stupidest excuse ever. And even on hills I don't roll back unless they are VERY steep! It was stop-and-go traffic in a construction zone. He probably saw my brake lights go off cause I was trying to creep up, and figured I was going and hit the gas. I had the cops come file a report, but they said they couldn't determine fault and that would be left up to the insurance. I will go back and take pics of the area, because it's totally stupid. Right now I have a 1-3 week wait while the insurance waits for the police report to come in.

Just makes me mad that I have to deal with all this BS!!! I feel like I'm "guilty until proven innocent," when HE hit ME from BEHIND!!! It is a small amount of damage, too... the 20 year old kid probably just doesn't want his insurance rates to go up. Too bad! Learn how to drive!!!
