Not much. That dyno might read exceptionaly high. I pointed that out in one of those threads and the tuner got pretty but hurt at me for it, so I stopped. The real # is % gains over baseline. That's why lots of us want to see the baseline as a point of comparison.
Numbers can also be fudged from Dyno pull to Dyno pull. Third party numbers are always better than manufacturers.
