Ranatsu His insurance is USAA, and I'm with Geico. I'm surprised USAA is being such a pain because I always heard they were good. But I guess it's his word vs. mine. I will definitely consider opening a claim on my insurance, but my deductible is $500 and the repair is like $550. I'm worried if that for some reason I lose (since neither of us can really PROVE anything), I will have to pay the $500 and then my premium will go up. UGH. I swear, it's really not fair. I'm sitting there minding my own business, some a-hole hits me, and now i'm basically "guilty until proven innocent" and I have to deal with all this BS!!!
