Sounds like your problem isn't in the transmission design but the transmission itself. Like you got a lemon or something. Take it to the dealer for a warranty replacement. Put in all the stock bushings unless you want to replace them again, as I doubt the dealership will leave them with the car. They'll remove them along with the transmission and give you all new stock bushings with the new transmission.
I'm taking her in tomorrow to just get the problem documented.
Valid point though, I don't want them taking my 70$ bushings.
