I should think that by the time one added speed control, ecutek tuning or whatever to control it, enough juice to make some more interesting numbers up top and intercooling because you are going to need it, other options are going to continue to make more sense at a similar level of cost/complexity/aggravation.

Similar technology is being used in F1 and I believe both Ford and Audi are introducing systems in conjunction with traditional turbocharging.
