I don't think Subaru has to worry about cannibalizing sales because they already sell every car that they make (well, not the Tribeca). There may be some people who go in to buy a BRZ and end up with a WRX, or go in to buy a Forester and end up in an XV, but Subaru will still make money off them and they will still have no problem selling the BRZ or Forester to someone else.
