The reason I question the source cited in the article is because the article seems carefully worded to imply that the "source" made a statement reacting to the Scion news, but if you read between the lines, the reporter never actually explicitly says that. It just says that "Subaru sources have said" they wanted the car around 25000 in the past, and Subaru has already announced a turbo version of the BRZ engine. It seems this is just a re-hash of past rumors.
