We do reply, but when he is extremely rude, even after we've initiated the refund and did not receive the product back in return (his tracking info states it was delivered but it has never showed up, we simply asked him if maybe he put the wrong address on the package and that's when he got belligerent and started leaving negative ratings and nasty feedback everywhere.)
