Is your issue slouching for headroom that's causing knees into the wheel?
Well alot of my height is in my legs, so when sitting up straight my head barely touches the roof, and my knee comes very close to the steering wheel. I do lean the seat back pretty far though. I'm almost thinking about just getting an aftermarket steering wheel and an extension to bring it closer to me and away from my knee. I might look into the rx8 seats though, how much did you pay for them?
