Guys, he stated Paypal is going to reimburse him lol. I think he's learned his lesson now and (luckily, probably) got a good resolution from Paypal.
As for the scammer, I say we mess with him. Don't report his post on the other site I linked yet. Someone should be "interested" in buying it and see how much trouble we can make him go through - e.g. "meet me here, no here, wait what's your address"
