Because if there was a turbo model it would be a ts or sti. the ts cost 38k usd roughly. now add an oem turbo.

Yea so does n STi. i've rolled a brand new sti off the show room for 40k before instead of a Caymen. Your point? also turbo TS>Caymen esp if there was oem.
