that's why you don't use UPS, which is what i said from the very beginning

ask for things to be shipped using USPS, or at the very least FedEx, or if shipping UPS ask for a copy of the packing slip and try your best to control the process.

sometimes mistakes happen at the shipper's side. They mis-label the packing slip which then causes all kinds of problems at the border.

Trust me... i ship a lot of stuff all over the globe at the company work at, sometimes the smallest things cause the biggest headache, paperwork is key.

i once had a package stuck in India customs for like 28 days cuz i wrote the wrong thing on a form, client was furious.
