seriously dude, your "surprise" comes from not bothering to research the variables involved, this is hardly the system's fault.
No, my surprise comes from UPS lying to me, how can you tell someone when they pick up that there is no COD then send them a bill 3 months later, even worse when its on used parts that were made in the US and not shipped by a company.
