Replace it all. Mainly at the front because it's restrictive starting at the worst point with the header, then the overpipe/front pipe. After that, pick your flavor of catback because you're just controlling sound and weight at that point.
Most people end up buying a catback first which realistically, the best way would be starting with the header and over/front. See how it sounds then pick a catback. I don't like the sound of the stock muffler with aftermarket front parts though. Just my opinion though.
