The BRZ will be priced close to the FR-S but it has a few more base options. Don't forget the NAV system and other interior bits that come standard on the subie.

Edmunds has the BRZ at 25,300 est. and I don't see that being to far off.

Edit: with the idea that getting the same options on the FR-S will cause price parity. I can't speak for getting the BRZ at invoice but that's just more price speculation.
