I would doubt that's structural. It has probably just damaged the fender.
I'd check
www.car-part.com and see if you can find a matching colour fender with no damage and swap it. Or check with members on here. Aftermarket paint is never as good as OE.
The other option would be to see if a paintless dent shop could do the work. Try to avoid paint work though as it will never be the same.
