The power output is the same. It boils down to how the dynos calculate the numbers.
Dynapak measures the power at the hub, Dyno Jet measires the power required to move a known weight, Mustang measures power at the ground (load resistance). Simplified explanation.

We use dyno dynamics here mainly.
As has always been said, the number isn't really whats important, its the before and after.
