I think the best thing would be to let them have their own classes parallel to ours. And find someone from their racing community, who's willing to take the 86CUP racing rules/mod lists and convert it to their world. If no one's willing to do that, then you use the simplified set that SoCal 86CUP did in their first year - Over (FI/motor swaps) and Under.
