I bought my first BRZ from Downtown Subaru and I do not recomend going to them for either sales or service. They tried to keep my thousand dollar deposit claiming they had no record of it until I brought in the recipt. The service department doesn't respect appointments. They canceled one of my appontments to install the homelink mirror about a half hour after it was supposed to happen.
After I totaled that car, I went to Darrel Waltrip ;and they pointed me to a dealer that had the car I wanted. I also went to Darrel Waltrip to get the first oil change, disable the panic alarm, and disable the seatbelt chimes. The tech was nice and talked to me about the oil that came out, but he said that there wasn't a way to disable the seatbelt chime. When I got my hands on a copy of Toyota Techstream and a cable, I found the settings for the seatbelt chime and also noticed that my security alarm was disabled. It was a good experience, but the tech was clearly unfamiliar with Techstream.
