And to me if you prefer a GenCoupe or Mustang V6 to the FR-S, great! Go get them, the FR-S isn't for you. I'm fairly confident there are enough people out there who can say YES to the core values that the FR-S stands for. No it won't be a mega sales hit, and no it won't outsell the Miata (not initially anyway). But I think they'll sell enough to justify the existence of the car, and thank god for it.

why do you people say its not the car for you? We want the car we just want it to be a relative good buy. I love the fr-s looks and idea behind it but I can't get behind something that will need 10k+ in upgrades to be in comparison to a gen coupe.
Even if you just wanted to swap a ej thats 3k for an engine 2k for a swap.
Then your out a new engine and bought a huge ass shell.
