If you are going to compare it to the GC, at least compare it to the one that starts off around the same price point i.e. the 2.0T. It isn't nit-picking, it is comparing like to like. How are you going to compare the heaviest GC with a 348hp VS that costs $29.6k to the 200hp FRS at $24.9k? Makes no sense. At least try to be somewhat objective in your comparison.

Because I'm not objective at all, I have no reason to be objective. I've driven a Genesis & it felt cheap and overweight. I didn't like it and I feel it's more of a GT car than a sports car. However if you think the Genesis won't be compared to the FR-S/BRZ in all the car mags/online blogs you're delusional. They are going after the same crowd and are at similar price points.
