I'm considering a '15 WRX or a '15 FR-S. More power in the FR-S would not sway me in the slightest. The only reason that a WRX is a consideration is because I have a kid. If there were a reasonably priced RWD, fun to drive, light sedan, it would be on the list. I'm leaning against the WRX because I have the opportunity to get a sports car and I've squandered that opportunity in the past and regretted it. Nothing is going to make the WRX feel like a small, light, RWD chassis like the twins. The new WRX seems to have a great chassis.... for an AWD 4 door. The question is if I'm a ***** and go the safe route again or if I buck up and take the bad (impractical, stiff ride, difficult to get in and out, questionable all season capability) with the good (telepathic handling, amazing chassis).
