I've been trying to eat more and more daily. I haven't started working out just yet, but I thought if I start eating better and cutting excess sugar and junk food it would be a start.

do play basketball with a couple buddies once a week for about 2 hours. I have also started getting into biking. Would basketball and biking be too much cardio per week?
I guess my end result would be something close to Ryan Reynolds. Great figure, muscle definition, but not overly muscular
I may want a little more size. But I don't think I'd want to be any bigger than something like this
