My friends and I don't have garages at our respective houses, so six of us got together and rented an industrial unit to store and wrench on our cars. We call it the Crosstown Social Club.
In this photo it's basically right after we moved in; it now houses a full host of tools and equipment, detailing supplies and automotive fluids, office area with TV, couches, refrigerator full of beer, kitchenette, and all of our cars: BRZ, R32 Skyline GTS, S14 240SX, GDB STi, Z33 350Z NISMO, and AW11 MR2.

Wowie! Nice garage and nice collection! I can only imagine what the rest of the house looks like! That's my ideal setup right there. And I definitely need an Aston and another Z in my life at some point.
