Great story. Kudos to you for searching for a bargain. My advice is that, as soon as you can, get some professional driving/track lessons. Perhaps you could do it with your father and share the experience. These cars are a blast to drive, but it is better to understand the limits and how to handle them on a closed course vs a busy road
