Sometimes this is "orange peel"... Sometimes its not correctable by wet sanding however.
FYI, most BMW's and even some Ferrari come with this (super annoying) phenomena.
The information is that this is due to the modern environmentally-friendly paint.
I will have our car prepped and wet sanded likely right after delivery at a wonderful local paint correction and detail guy, I will be sure to let everyone know how it comes out!
