That is odd.
I just looked up Gen Coupe pricing. As far as I know Hyundia doesn't have regional pricing differences.

That said, I never liked the Gen Coupe or Mustang (I can't stand the Mustang) and both are significantly different cars IMO. Whether its a better value or not is another discussion.
Also, fantomi is a huge hater on this car, so don't let him get to you.
