He's 5 hours away from me, so in person isn't an option. I ended up opening a claim with paypal and ordering another knob from moddiction. Would have loved the knob from flossy, heard it's amazing when he actually does get it out.....but his communication is horrid and I'm not very patient when I've been given a delivery time with little communication.
