I think I found the real solution!!!!

So my sound came back earlier today when driving and I was planning on loosening the bolt a bit more tonight. However when I was showering, I had this idea of tightening the bolt down really hard while pressing down on the clutch. (I just couldnt understand why loosening the bolt made the sound/feel more subtle, but didn't make it go away)

So I removed the nylon washer and made the bolt as tight as I can while pressing down on the clutch all the way (with my right hand). Once I tightened down the bolt as much as I can, i took my hand off the clutch and used both hands to tighten it more until I felt that it was super tight.

I just took a 5-10 minute drive (yes, at 12 am) and I'm super excited to say that I didn't hear nor felt the popping noise at all!! I pressed down on the clutch at least 30 times without a hint of the popping sound and feel.

I will post more results tmrw morning after my drive to work! Fingers crossed!
Didn't work for me.pretty hard to do both at the same time, so if it comes back, I will try it again. But that click/pop definitely has something to do with that bolt.
