I personally don't have huge issue with it as Shiv hasn't claimed a copyright to the tune and Shiv has no responsibility for what transpires from this now being available since he isn't the one that released it. If anything, @
cjsporl1996 would have responsibility (which isn't likely at all).
Edit: This isn't something I would personally do myself unless I had specific permission and it was a modified version that I made available for critiquing purposes.
