You did nothing wrong? You abused the good will of a tuner who had absolutely no obligation to help. The same vendor who gave you an unreleased beta tune for a product he's still working on. The same vendor who asked you to not release it and yet you did so anyway...
Yeah, while what you did may not be considered "wrong" by those with no class, you ethically showed your stripes. Releasing an unfinished tune to the general masses while a vendor is still working on it which potentially causes a nightmare of support issues for him. Good luck getting any future help from him. You might be to young to understand the ramifications of what you've done but let me break it down for you. It's never a good idea to bite the hand that feeds you, aka don't burn bridges. Maybe when you get some years under your belt you'll understand what you've done is completely wrong.
