Yes its possible to buy parts from Japan and get them shipped here, but your question is so broad that it's hard to give a good answer. Equal kits will be similarly priced between Japan and the US after you factor in exchange and shipping. Honestly, I would suggest looking at some of the "Owner" threads in the Forced Induction thread to get an idea of what's out there. If you want a foreign type of kit, your options will be limited to GReddy (and friends) and AVO. HKS and Cusco (Sprintex/Innovate) make superchargers for the 86
