Will the Bilstein B14 PSS work well with 215/45-17 Michelin Pilot Super Sports on 14 lb Kosei K4r 17X7 wheels?
What would be a good Sway bar setup for the above parts?

Goals for car are:
-DD with 4-5 track days a year max
-Good ride quality for crap Detroit roads
-Equal steering response to stock or better
-Neutral to slight oversteer handling

I am also open to other coilover options under or around 1500$.
