Have you had issues with the intercooler prior? Not sure why you would go to such extremes as quitting and giving up lol. I do hear you though, I was pretty pissed the other day with the misfiring thing until I found out it was just the map sensor.

No prior issues. No leaks from anywhere outside the core/manifold. I'm just afraid to run my engine by having a slow seep from the core into the engine.
