EDIT:: I cannot cancel the order. So the AEM is what I will get and I can also check with @ NinjaRxMan who has the AEM. see if he may have advice. It'll still be a few days before I get the part and another few before install. I might just bring it to the Phoenix meet on wednesday and play with it there when I have it.
As always, thank you all for the help. I'd have been at a loss if it triggered a CEL. no other vehicle I've modded has.

So far I've had the AEM intake for 6 months and haven't had a CEL plus I have no tune......yet. The AEM intake has an electronic module to supposedly "correct" the MAF sensor on stock (no tune). From what I've seen on the forum, if the AEM intake is throwing a CEL on stock (no tune), AEM is warrantying by either replacing the intake/giving refunds.
