Porsche 930 cv's?

I tried to but didn't come up with anything for this, maybe someone else knows.

While researching some stuff on our axles, searching for a suitable replacement CV joint I noticed that our CV's are 108mm outside diameter. Same as a Porsche 930. I don't know what the bolt circle is on an FRS CV however this information is readily attainable for the Porsche parts.

On some of the other chassis I've worked on a 930 CV is a standard upgrade as the spline count of the shaft itself was shared as well as the bolt circle of the joint. Has anyone tried this on one of the twin's axles yet?

I see some major benefits in this if it does work in that it has potential to be a cheap alternative to the $900 DSS axles.

The majority of axle failures I have seen to date are cracked bearing cages that allow the balls to slip out of their slots and the joint to fail. This is either from wheel hop, being too low, or the impact forces from racing the car.

The 930 axle is an improvement in the fact that it allows for 28 degrees of misalignment in the joint whereas I believe ours is only good for 20 so this will help the super low guys or guys squatting hard at the track. Porsche also spent a crap ton of money in the late 70's and early 80's designing a CV joint to hold up to the brutal power of a turbo flat 6 compared to our stout, but little FA20.

TLDR - Has anyone tried Porsche 930 CV joints? If not does anyone have a spare axle laying around to measure spline diameter, spline count of the shaft itself as well as the CV joint bolt circle diameter.
