OICU812 Updated the top picture showing the wheel straight down and at an angle. Depends on how you look at it, but it's not sitting far from the edge as you can see. Very little stretch if any. This is the right rear wheel.
I will add more pictures when I actually clean them better. These pictures aren't even at their shiniest.
