Shiv I like you and don't take this the wrong way but Toyota didn't change the calib for no good reason. Its the first cal update that they will flash on a 2012 build car that ought to tell you something right there.


You are confessing that its a huge time consuming task, so there could very well be some changes with B01c that improve the engine life.


Personally thought the whole business cass for OFT was for the customer to tweak the latest factory rom. But doing all this tuning, flex fuel, vortec, headers, etc.


I think there are a lot more people who just want to avoid the dealer and tinker than risk E85 and Vortec on this iffy engine. JMHO
